I related to Barbara's testimony in just about every area except for the Cancer. My journey has been very similar. I was in a business relationship with 2 others and we kept hitting a wall in regards to what our jobs were supposed to be. I had created a new way to teach music using data visualization as well as note reading based on the student's learning style. They saw me as just the creator and spokesperson and I saw us as a team. I was introduced to "Systems Thinking" versus "Siloization" and it validated what I was struggling with. I tried to present the advantages to a holistic approach to our business organization and they didn't agree with it at all. We finally went our separate ways. Barbara's testimony validated what I was seeing all along. I loved all three videos in this segment. I was surprised with how much I already knew and yet was challenged at the same time. I don't have my team yet, but I know the Lord is fulfilling His promise! Dianne Matter
